Bollywood’s Bhaijaan Salman Khan is very well renowned for his well-toned six pack abs. Salman recently gave fans a glimpse of his fitness levels when he shared a picture of himself, shirtless, sitting on a sofa, with his abs all for show. The picture has caused quite some sensation on social media, as fans cannot keep their excitement levels down.

Speaking in an interview, Salman lifted the lid about that photo. He said that he was “just sitting at home” when he decided to take the photo.

“My abs are so big that when I wear shorts, it looks like thoda sa stomach hai but its always been like this. So I keep it like this, jaha 4 pack gaya then it’s really bad for me.”

But have seen Salman’s picture yet? If no, catch it here :

Salman further added, “It’s not about the packs, it’s about what some people have, some don’t. Some have a flat stomach. So I keep that as my benchmark.”

“You know from there to 6, and much leaner body takes about a week and a half. But if you let that go, jaise apne Sultan mein dekha hoga , woh paet fugaya gaya tha. So in that also you can see the muscles, otherwise putting on that bulk fat weight and cutting it down is very harmful for the body,” added the 53-year-old actor.

Salman’s next film is Bharat, which will hit the screens on June 5. The film also stars Katrina Kaif. The duo had earlier worked together in Tiger Zinda Hai, which crossed over Rs 300 crore at the box office.

When asked if there was any added pressure on him because of the expectations that his films will earn Rs 300 crore at the box office, Salman said, “If you expect that, then you should go to the theatre and see it. You should not see it at home ki TV pe aayegi, digital aayega, pirated copy dekh lenge… Jaake theatre mein dekhna hoga, tab woh number aayenge. 340 kya, 640 bhi aayenge! Toh film ko theatre mein jaake dekhna zaroori hai.”

Bharat will come out on Eid, and we wish Salman good luck for his movie and Eid Mubarak.
