Today, Sara Ali Khan doesn’t need her father’s name to be known in Bollywood. The actress who stepped into the B-town with Abhishek Kapoor’s Kedarnath last year is a name in herself. Then, she appeared in Rohit Shetty’s Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh. The actress also bagged another Imtiaz Ali’s movie alongside Kartik Aaryan. Currently, the actors are busy in shooting for the film in Himachal Pradesh.

In very less time, the actress has gained so much popularity and has garnered more than 10 million followers on Instagram. She has a strong presence over the social media platform which is her favourite also. She often shares pictures and videos on the site.

Sara has opened up about the responsibilities that come along with having a large fan base. She said, “I used to initially say it doesn’t matter at all, but as time has passed by I have realized that there are about 10 million people following me. That’s a huge number, but most importantly one needs to be a little more aware, which is a very big one for me. I am a very bindaas kind of a person. I do like it as and say as it as. Most people take it sportingly, but there are certain people who don’t.”

“One thing while knowing me you need to sometimes understand that I am not trying to be rude to you, even on social media. There could be a comment or joke I could crack, there are better ways in life. In person, you have to understand the context, but in social media, it stays over there. On social media, there are 500 followers that needn’t understand the intention. I think it is my sense of duty to make sure I am clear,”  she added.

On the work front, Sara will also be seen opposite Varun Dhawan in David Dhawan’s remake of Coolie No. 1. The film is slated to release on Labour Day next year. While, her next film with Kartik Aaryan will hit the theatres on Valentine’s Day, 2020.
