Shah Rukh Khan thanks his fans for the ‘love of nearly 30 years’ they have been showering on him

Shah Rukh Khan has recently shared a post on his Instagram handle thanking all his fans for the love they have been showering on him on his almost three decade long journey in the film industry. The actor made his Bollywood debut in 1992 in ‘Deewana’.

The actor  took some time during work to check Twitter and was moved by the follower’s support and love for him. He also reflected on his three decade career in the movies and expressed that he has spent ‘more than half (his) life’ working to entertain his audience.

Shah Rukh Khan wrote on the post as “Been working. Just saw the ‘overwhelmed ness’ of the lov of nearly 30 yrs u r showering on me here. Realised it’s more than half my life in the service of hoping to entertain u all. Will take out time tomorrow & share some love back personally. Thx needed to feel loved…”.

Shah Rukh Khan last appeared in the films including Jab Harry Met Sejal and Zero, did not live up to expectations at the box office.

Last year, on the Ask Me Anything session on Twitter, one of his fans seems to ask him how a superstar knows when to change one’s career or retire after a decline. The actor replied by saying “Wouldn’t know…try asking a superstar. I am just a King unfortunately…”, by refering to the name ‘King Khan’ given to him by his admirers.

After making his appearance in ‘Zero’, the actor has been active as a producer. Under the banner ‘Red Chillies Entertainment’, he have produced several films and web series.

Shah Rukh Khan will be soon seen in an action film ‘Pathan’ directed by Siddharth Anand sharing the screen with Deepika Padukone and John Abraham. Salman Khan hinted that he will make a cameo appearance during Big Boss 14. The movie is produced by Yash Raj Films which is yet to be formally announced.
