On Saturday, the Bombay High Court issued a detailed bail ruling in Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan’s narcotics case. The Court stated in its ruling granted bail to Aryan, Arbaaz Merchant, and model Munmun Dhamecha that the Narcotics Control Bureau had hardly any definite evidence of a conspiracy amongst the accused. The court further stated that nothing improper was found in the reportedly obtained WhatsApp messages from Aryan’s phone, implying that there was a plot.
As a result, Shah Rukh Khan’s legal team is reportedly asking to take legal action against everyone who unjustly accused his son Aryan. According to a recent story by, BollywoodLife, SRK has been heavily recommended to pursue legal action against Sameer Wankhede, the NCB officer in charge of the case who arrested Aryan Khan in the Cruise case on October 3.
A close friend of the Khans stated. “Shah Rukh is being advised to take retaliatory legal action against those who placed Aryan behind jail. So, there will very certainly be some unexpected developments in this case.”
Meanwhile, according to the Bombay High Court’s 14-page order bail ruling, “there is scarcely any positive evidence on record to satisfy this Court that all the accused parties with similar intention conspired to perform criminal act… Simply because Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and Munmun Dhamecha were on the same cruise does not provide a basis for the claim of conspiracy against them.”
On October 28, Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant, and model Munmun Dhamecha were granted bail by Justice Nitin Sambre’s single bench. They were apprehended on October 2 during an NCB raid on a cruise ship.
