And when Shikhar Dhawan got the special opportunity to dance with India co-player Yuzvendra Chahal’s companion Dhanashree Verma, who is a well-known choreographer and dancer, it is needless to say, they set social media platforms afire.

In the video recording that got posted on Instagram, Shikhar Dhawan and Dhanashree Verma can be witnessed rocking a Bhangra performance together. “Hitting the dance floor with the super talented and fun @dhanashree9,” Dhawan captioned the video.

“Bhangra in gabbar style. Setting Instagram reels on fire together,” Dhanashree caption the video while sharing it on the social platform.

Dhanashree Verma accompanied the love of his life Yuzvendra Chahal during his India-England series. The pair, together with Mohammed Siraj, on March 30, flew off with the Royal Challengers Bangalore squad before the 2021 spell of the Indian Premier League.

Dhawan, who hit scores of 98 and 67 during the ODI series against England, will play for the Delhi Capitals team.

The Delhi Capitals team will be led by Rishabh Pant this year. Pant was selected captain for the forthcoming term, with regular skipper Shreyas Iyer set to miss the competition because of a shoulder injury picked up in the first ODI against England.

The Capitals reached their first IPL final during the earlier season but had to settle for the runners-up position as rampant Mumbai Indians bagged their fifth IPL title.
