With a very strict diet and a lot of positivity, Shilpa Shetty made it look so easy and achievable.
Even you can reduce some weight based on her diet. Here is what she ate during the days.
In the Morning: Take 15ml aloe vera juice with 10 tulsi leaves, some jaggery and ginger in it at 7.30 in the morning. At 7.45 drink two glasses of hot water. At 8.00 Have breakfast, have lots of cereal that includes oats in water with a dash of milk or two whole eggs with whole wheat toast. After probably of an hour gap, have a cup of tea with milk and brown sugar. At 11.00 after a healthy fiber breakfast, have a bowl full of papaya or musk melon, apple or strawberry in five tablespoon yogurt smoothie.
Lunch: Have a bowl full of brown rice with a tablespoon of ghee with vegetables or grilled chicken or fish at around 1 PM. Though there were times when Shilpa Shetty used to have sautéed beans, carrots and a glass of fresh homemade chaach for lunch, to lose weight at a much higher rate. At 3.30 have dry fruits like ten roasted makhanas, or five walnuts and raisin, or crackers with low-fat hummus or avocado dip or two scrambled eggs.
Dinner: Have mixed vegetable soup (pumpkin, tomato, greens) or clear chicken soup along with a salad made with sprouts, tomato, apple, beetroot, lettuce, and chaat masala. Keep the main course light but something that will fill your stomach, like moong dal chilla with paneer or grilled stir-fried chicken with veggies or steamed braised fish with beans or broccoli and mushroom.
