Shilpa Shetty has been served a notice by Lucknow Police regarding the wellness centre case

Shilpa Shetty’s problems appears to be getting worse as a new case has been recently registered against her wellness centre in Uttar Pradesh. The actress has been served a notice regarding the case.

D K Thakur, the Lucknow Police Commissioner, has revealed that “A cheating case was filed against the managing director and director of IOSIS wellness centre by a person from Lucknow for cheating in a franchisee deal. It was found that Shilpa Shetty is the chairperson of the company so we have now served a notice, which was handed over personally at her residence and she has been asked to explain her side of the story in the case”.

Meanwhile, Kiran Bawa, the business partner of Shilpa Shetty, has announced on social media that the actress and her mother are no longer involved with her wellness centre, where she was previously the chairperson of the company.

In the post shared by Kiran, she wrote “l am addressing this post as a responsible person, being the Chairperson of IOSIS Spa & Wellness Private Limited and therefore request people to please verify and confirm facts before posting and sharing it on social media or such other platforms. Ms. Shilpa Shetty and her mother Ms. Sunanda Shetty has no connection with IOSIS. We parted ways amicably long ago”.

Shilpa Shetty is already coping with the arrest of her husband Raj Kundra on alleged pornography case. Raj, in his bail application, continues to maintain that there is no material evidence against him while the police continues to oppose his bail application. The police claims that if he is released on bail, he will continue to make such films and may flee from the country as he is a British citizen.
