Shweta Tiwari, who has ruled the Television industry for almost two decades was away from the TV screens as she was on a maternity break. And now after 3 years, the actress is back on the Television Screens with her show ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’. The show is doing well and is getting immense appreciation from the audience. Shweta Tiwari is paired opposite Varun Badola in the serial.
We all are aware of Shweta Tiwari’s stardom and popularity, however, her personal life was never easy. After getting separated from her first husband Raja Chaudhary, Shweta found her love in Abhinav Kohli and the actress got hitched to him. However, things went wrong and she parted her ways with him. The actress is blessed with two kids, her daughter Palak Tiwari and her 3-year-old son, Reyansh Kohli.
Shweta Tiwari spilled the beans on the struggle of being a single parent as she has to work and be on her toes always for her kids, in a recent interview with Bombay Times. Discussing the same, she stated, “I’m the only earning member in the house. I am expected to return to work and pay the bills and take care of both my kids. Everything is costly nowadays and so I need to step out of the house and work hard to give my kids a life they deserve. So, I came back to TV.”
On the work front, Shweta Tiwari is seen playing a Punjabi woman in her serial ‘Mere Dad Ki Dulhan’.
