The Sky Is Pink Helmed By Shonali Bose Featuring Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar, Wraps the shoot

The Sky Is Pink, a biographical drama movie is being directed by Shonali Bose. The movie stars Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra, Zaira Wasim and Rohit Saraf in lead roles. After shooting the final schedule of the film at Havelock Island in Andaman and Nicobar Islands for almost a week, the film has been wrapped up. On Saturday, Roy Kapur Films took to their social media handle to share the news with everyone that the shooting of the film has finally come to an end.

Sharing a photo, Roy Kapur Films wrote, “Bidding goodbye to the beautiful island! It’s been a great week in the Andamans. Sea you soon.”

Interestingly, PeeCee’s makeup artist Florian Hurel shared an old photo of her from the London schedule of the movie and said, “Today is the last day eating chips on the set of the sky is pink. Excited to show you the process of the different hair changes I have realized on PC for the film. To be coming soon …..”

Meanwhile, The Sky is Pink is based on the life of the motivational speaker Aisha Chaudhary, who was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis at the age of 13. The movie is being co-produced by PeeCee’s own production house Purple Pebble Pictures, along with Siddharth Roy Kapur’s Roy Kapur Films and Ronnie Screwvala’s RSVP Productions. The Sky Is Pink is scheduled to release on October 11, 2019.
