She had gone through a long journey from fat to fit. The actress has often stated that she used to get bullied by her fellow mates in school. The boys in her school used to call her by names as she was 95 kilos then.
Her gym membership:
Sharing her experience from the past, the ‘Rowdy Rathore’ star said that the only reason she took a gym membership was to look cool. However, as she got on the treadmill, she was not able to run for more than 30 seconds. This was the moment when she felt the need for working out and she started taking it seriously.
After losing 30 kilos:
Even after losing 30 kilos of weight, people used to troll her for not being a slim girl like most other actresses. Her appearance was being trolled for a long time back then, but the actress was strong enough to ignore all of them.
Her favorite workout:
Talking about her fitness secret, the lady makes sure to do 30-45 minutes of cardio empty stomach each morning, followed by another 20 minutes of brisk walking.
Her diet secret:
In her diet, the Dabangg lady makes sure to moderate her portions and skip the bread, sugar and fried delicacies in her regular diet. However, she takes pizza in her cheat meal, a small portion though.
