Baahubali Fame SS Rajamouli’s Son Karthikeya Gets Engaged

Its a happy season for the Indian film industry as both North-South industries are witnessing new budding relationships and marriages. Now, the good news is coming from the biggest hit of Bollywood and Tollywood, Director of Bahubali 1-2 SS Rajamouli as his son Karthikeya got engaged to South’s superstar, Jagapathi Babu’s niece, Pooja Prasad. The couple got engaged on September 6 and was looking gorgeous in traditional attire.

Sharing his happiness, Karthikeya took to his Twitter to announce that he is happily taken and wrote, “Yesss!! Very excited to dive into this new phase of my life with the love of my life! Pooja. Thank you for the all the love that you have been pouring. Can’t thank you all enough! Love always!”

Stars and friends of the couple, Aiyyary fame, Rakul Preet, South Indian star, Vennela Kishore and many other congratulated the newly-engaged couple.

Another super-cute, Telegu actor and Karthikeya’s best friend, Akhil Akkineni, son of Nagarjuna, posted a beautiful picture of the couple posing with him. Akhil took to Instagram and captioned the picture as, “When your best friend and your rakhi sister get hitched ! congratulations you both …. love you loads and wish you all the best. It’s gonna be a roller coaster ride full of fun I’m sure and I’ll be there right by your side. Enjoy the moment it’s all yours @sskarthikeya #pooja #engaged #family”.

Karthikeyan and Pooja will tie the knot later this year in December 2018 but there is no confirmation from the family. Well, we wish the newly engaged couple tons of happiness & congratulations.

Meanwhile, earlier, it was being said that a prequel to Baahubali is in the works and it’s going to create more excitement among the audience. Netflix will soon witness the original series of Baahubali’s prequel. It is based on a book of Anand Neelakantan- The Rise of Sivagami and will be shown in the first two seasons and one of them will be titled as Baahubali: Before the Beginning.
