Bollywood diva Sushmita Sen’s brother Rajeev Sen has become the latest entrant into the newlywed club celebs of the industry. Yes, that’s right, Rajeev is all to take the seven vows and he has found his happily ever after in Charu Asopa. The television actress gained fame from her role of Preeti in the daily soap Mere Angne Mein.
Charu, who is currently playing the role of Kasturi in the Star Plus show Karn Sangini, got engaged to Rajeev recently. Rajeev’s sister Sushmita herself confirmed the news as she earlier shared a picture of the duo on Instagram and telling that Rajeev had proposed to Charu and she said yes.
She wrote a heartfelt message in the caption for her brother and her excitement was obvious. Sushmita’s post read, “SHE SAID “YES” ❤️ You’re the luckiest guy in the world Raja bhaiya. Thank you for bringing this Angel into our lives ❤️ Congratulations my sweethearts Charu & Rajeev. Can’t wait for the wedding, I will dance for both sides!!! I love you both beyond.”
The couple recently got a pre-wedding photoshoot done and they look made for each other. While the groom-to-be opted for a classic black shirt and grey coat and was at his dapper best, we couldn’t take our eyes off the bride-to-be and her equally gorgeous olive green lehenga.

Now, since his brother is all set to get hitched, we now hope that Sushmita too will get married soon. She has been dating Rohman Shawl for quite some time now. Earlier, the actress was seen wearing a ring and thus rumors of the duo getting married gained momentum, only for the actress to later deny such rumors.

“Rohman has already proposed to Sushmita and she has agreed, which is why she decided to go public with the relationship. They are currently figuring out when would be a good time to tie the knot, but as of now, the couple is looking at a date around winter 2019,” said a spokesperson from Sushmita’s camp.
