Irrfan Khan’s wife Sutapa Sikdar has recently posted on her Facebook about the demise of her relative, she was not able to find a bed in a hospital nor resources to set up ICU facilities at home though she was at the capital of the Nation Delhi she said. She thanked all the frontline workers and doctors who helped her. She said that she wasn’t able to secure a bed at a hospital in Delhi as her relative wasn’t ‘Chota Rajan’.

Sutapa Sikdar posted a note on Facebook about the demise of a very dear relative, she said, “I posted the day before for help for my relative Sameer Banerjee. Today he left us. We couldn’t set up an ICU at home in Delhi the capital of India and we couldn’t get a bed in the hospital. My gratitude to all the covid warriors who helped. I will never forget you all, my blessings to you all till I live.”
Inadequate resources have made many families helpless, the scenario is not much different even in the Capital of nation Delhi, she further said in her note “I will never forget Sameera’s smile .. I will cherish my adolescent memories with him. I will never ever forget that I couldn’t get a bed in ICU for him because he was not Chota Rajan. he was an honest man. I will not forget this mayhem in Delhi.”
Sutapa said that her relative could have been saved if the government would have paid more attention to supply Oxygen rather than paying attention to ‘ Hindu and Muslim festivals. She urged her fans that they should not forget these days.
