Actress Taapsee Pannu whose latest film ‘Haseen Dillruba’ has released on Netflix this Friday. However, the romantic crime-thriller doesn’t open to good reviews from the critics. According to Taapsee, The film Critics are favouring the Hollywood film ‘The Tomorrow War’ over her Haseen Dillruba.

When a film Critic tweeted, “It is interesting that the same fellow critics who see no merit in the very original and provocative #HaseenaDillruba are smitten by the godawful super-crappy creepily contrived #TheTomorrowWar.

Taapsee replied, “Sir Hollywood hai na, sab chalta hai. It’s always aspirational regardless of the flaws. Yahan hum jitna marzi experiment Kar le it always falls short and more so we look “redundant” to them no matter what we do. Maybe working out of LA will help.”

The actress is reacting to the Haseen Dillruba reviews since the release of the film. She has also tweeted on a critic review and says ‘Personal digs’ is what turns a critic into a troller. ‘Taapsee’s delivery is the same in her films: only the costumes change,’ film critic wrote in the review of Haseen Dillruba.

She tweeted, “Movie reviewing is very subjective. Criticism of the film and character is welcomed and helps me learn n improve which I feel I have a huge scope of but personal digs is what pulls down a critic to a troller. 🙏🏼”

Later when some users asked why Taapsee feels the review as the Personal Digs at her then she replied, “They should review THE FILM and the CHARACTERS not take personal digs at people who portray those characters and assess n judge their career choices in a film review. The audience has a brain of their own let them decide what they like”.

Haseen Dillruba stars Taapsee Pannu, Vikrant Massey and Harshvardhan Rane in lead roles. The film is available on Netflix.
