Talking about stardom Salman Khan says that he won’t let the younger generation take over easily; ‘Mehnat karo bhai’

Superstar Salman Khan is currently busy promoting his next upcoming film, ‘Antim : The Final truth’. The movie is helmed by Mahesh Manjrekar and is all set to be on the  big silver screens on 25 November.

Alongside Salman, the film features Aayush Sharma, Mahima Makhwana and director Mahesh himself in the lead role. And hence, all four of them are busy with interviews and promotional activities for ‘Antim’.

The film  is said to be a remake of Mulshi Pattern.

While promoting his film, in an interesting interaction with media, he was asked if this is the final (antim) era of superstars.

As witnessed, OTT is sure are a booming platform and a new space for every actor and filmmaker. And that even the actors are exploring the platform too and hence when asked whether this was the last generation of superstars, the ‘Kick’ actor said that he has been hearing about the same question for a long time now.

Salman said that he has been hearing the same question for the last four generations, and  whether this one would be the last generation of superstars. Reacting to the question, the ‘Bajarangi Bhaijaan’ actor straight-away said that the superstars won’t be giving out the stardom to the younger generation so easily.

He clearly stated that they will leave and other talented people would take their place and that the era of stars won’t go. And “This younger generation will have their superstardom”.

He also relayed a message to the upcoming generation, “hum 50+ me mehnat kar rhe hain, toh aap bhi kariye”.

‘We will not leave it for the younger generation to take it easily’, said Salman.
