With her bubbly and cute looks, Tara can pull off any role and not only did she leave us impressed with her acting, but also with her dedication towards fitness.

It is a well-renowned fact that Tara has washboard abs and she indeed does work hard to retain them. However, what people do not know is that Tara, unlike other actresses doesn’t hit the gym very often. Often she trusts pilates and dance sessions to keep her fit and fine. Tara’s workout regime includes her doing various forms of dances. As mentioned above, she’s not that fond of the gym, so instead, she grooves in different dance forms that she’s trained in, which include classical ballet, modern dance forms, and a few Latin American dance styles as well. She has received professional training for these from the UK, and it clearly shows on her physique.

Not only does dancing help Tara to stay fit, but it also helps her to keep her mind energized and refreshed. It’s important in any workout to first and foremost enjoy yourself. She also regularly does Pilates to keep her body toned. It is basically a low impact workout, which focuses on the core muscles and keeps them strong.
