Approximately a few kms away from the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in the city of Pune, Indian cricket’s ‘biggest fan’ Sudhir Kumar Gautam, got to the hill’s peak with the aim to enjoy a hint of India vs England 1st ODI rivalry.

The 3-game ODI series, as the concluding three T20Is in the city of Ahmedabad, is being played behind closed doors because of the increase in pandemic cases all over the nation. But even that could not stop Sudhir from watching India play.

He wasn’t permitted in the stands as the game was locked for admirers, so Sudhir discovered a place in the hills in Gahunje to a clear view of India vs England’s 1st ODI competition.

Sudhir has been a continuous presence in the majority of India’s global cricket competitions. The 4o years old person has highlighted his body in Indian hues and the name ‘Tendulkar’ is penned on his naked torso.

On March 23, the Bihar resident stood on the top of the hill in order to back up his nation. His gigantic flag could be witnessed soaring high from the ground.

After the completion of the match, Sudhir shared a few images of himself standing on the top of the hill. The caption he used for the post can be read as, “Team India won the first ODI against England. Without audience.”

Earlier this year, an English buff carried out something similar when England team paid a visit to Sri Lanka for a two-match Test series. The buff, Rob Lewis, stranded in Sri Lanka for more than 10 months due to the ongoing pandemic, mounted to Galle Fort to enjoy the SL vs ENG Test matches and support his nation.
