Vidyut Jammwal’s dedication towards workout is impressive

It’s been known for a long time that exercise keeps your body fit and your immunity in place. There are a few Bollywood stars who are known for their fitness freak heads and a body that shows all the results of their efforts. One of these Bollywood actors is Vidyut Jammwal. He is an Indian film actor who predominantly works in Hindi films. He is also a trained martial artist, having learned Kalaripayattu (a martial art of Kerala) since the age of three.

We have always seen Vidyut in action packed movies like Commando series, and his fitness always fits his role perfectly. We all know how passionate Vidyut Jammwal is about fitness. His lean and ripped body gives it away. He is also known as “the new age action hero of Bollywood”. We have a few pictures of his exceptional workout sessions and we think we really should appreciate these.

In this picture, Vidyut is seen showing off his balancing skills. In the caption, he talked about Kalaripayattu. He says “#KALARIPAYATTU SAYS : We are not meant to be perfect We are meant to be whole…That’s where the balance is”

Time and again we have seen Vidyut posting gym pictures on social media and motivating his fans to work out more often.

Looks like Vidyut loves flaunting his balancing skills, each of his gym/workout picture leaves our jaws dropped. We must say he has a great control over his body.

Vidyut posts this picture to show off his amazing six – pack abs and ripped off biceps. The dedication he has towards his workout definitely shows its results.

Yet another post where Vidyut Jammwal is seen balancing his body one can only imagine. Vidyut has mentioned a lot of time that his balancing skills are a result of discipline and dedication. Kalaripayattu taught him in his early years of growing up.
