Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are arguably among the most powerful couples in the country. They sure do know how to light up even the dullest of days. For instance, recently they played hosts to the whole team of Royal Challengers Bangalore as Virushka invited the team for dinner at their Bangalore residence.

The couple knew how bad morale is within the RCB squad after their last defeat at the hands of Mumbai Indians. Kohli’s men have won just a solitary game to Kings XI Punjab picking up their first points of the season. That win came on 13th earlier this month but since then they have again lost momentum.

However, considering such dire circumstances RCB skipper Virat Kohli and his better half Anushka from acknowledging the efforts put in by the team by hosting them over dinner at their Bengaluru residence, last night. Pictures from the dinner have gone viral on the internet and fans have been gushing over the lovely gesture from Virushka.

Having found his ‘happily ever after’ in Anushka, Virat was full of praise for her better half in an interview recently. “Every time I think over the last more than a year or so, the best thing to have happened to me is me getting married.  It’s literally changed my whole world. I have the most beautiful wife, the most beautiful person,” said Virat.

He further added, “That has been the most strong factor in my life to change the way I was. Before, I was too intense in life and she (Anushka Sharma) always keeps me motivated, positive but at the same time we spend quality time with each other and totally get away from the game and that’s the most important thing. I think I couldn’t have been more lucky to have someone like that who can understand my mindset being in that position herself. I look forward to spending time with her and that’s how I switch off.”

Up next for Virat’s RCB is a visit to Eden Gardens at home of Kolkata Knight Riders. From now onwards, RCB needs to win all their games in order to qualify for the playoffs.
