Virat Kohli has been a trending sensation from quite a long time now. And here’s one more thing which made him take the limelight on all over the social media. His appearance on Chahal TV, after leading India to yet another victory in the second ODI against Australia in Adelaide. On the show, Virat funnily expresses that appearing on Chahal TV is A greater achievement that scoring in ODI centuries.
And the interviewer was none other than the lang leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal. This initiative is being taken by the BCCI to entertain netizens. In the show, Chahal asks questions to his team members and is called Chhal TV. After having a brief conversation with MS Dhoni, Virat decided to be the next one. On a hilarious note, Virat again showed his wacky sense of humor and said that in order to be a part of the show, Chahal TV, one has to score a hundred or bg a 5-wicket haul. And if somebody is not able to do so, Chahal Bhai Sahab won’t have time for you.

He said, “Dekhiye bhai, Chahal TV pe aana hai toh aisi performance deni padegi. Nahi toh koi chance nahi hai. Jo sau nahi banata ya paanch wicket nahi leta woh Chahal TV pe kabhi nahi aa skta. Pichhle mein Rohit aaya tha, isbaar main aaya hoon, toh aapko standard pata hai Chahal Tv ka. Nahi toh yeh bhi sahab time nhi dete.”
He added, “I never thought that I will have the opportunity to make an appearance on Chahal TV, I think this achievement is bigger than scoring 39 ODI centuries.”
Later Chahal asked Virat about the plan after MS Dhoni joined him in the middle, Kohli said that they looking to rotate the strike. He quoted, “When MS Dhoni came to the crease, we had a plan of rotating the strike. And when Dhoni is batting, he talks a lot. So whenever I was confused whether I should go for my shots or not, Dhoni would say that there is a lot of time remaining in the match, so there’s no need for shots.”
Kohli talked about MS Dhoni. He told that MS Dhoni is the right choice to perform at the international level. He saidDhoni was sluggish in the first ODI because he had just arrived in Australia.
He added, “There has been a way in which Dhoni usually plays and we got to see his game once again. It’s little difficult to just come in and start scoring runs, the body runs, the body is jet-lagged and tired.”
