Vivek Dahiya talks about his series ‘State of Siege 26/11’, says ‘felt quite close to reality’

Vivek Dahiya is a popular face of the TV business and he is referred to for shows like Ye Hai Mohabbatein, Kavach, Qayamat Ki Raat and more. He is all set to make his debut in the digital space on March 20 with the web series, State of Siege 26/11.

Talking about his wifey, Divyanka Tripathi has also stepped into the business of digital content with the web series called ‘Coldd Lassi Aur Chicken Masala’, featuring Rajeev Khandelwal.

Coming back to Vivek’s upcoming web series, it is based on the Mumbai 26/11 incident. He will be doing the role of an NSG Commandos who figured out how to counter them.

The story will give a glimpse of the most unwanted days of the history of India. Vivek Dahiya will be playing the character of Captain Rohit Bagga, who is an enthusiastic and smart commando.

Sharing his experience of the web series Vivek stated, ” While we were filming for this series, we got the opportunity to meet Lieutenant Colonel Sandip Sen, who was like a coach to us. He ensured everything was perfect. We took the locations that were real areas not the film sets, the actors of the web series had no cosmetics, and we were in uniform. He further added, it felt quite close to reality. The skilled actor finished up by saying, “Ek commando ki kaahani kabhi choti nahi ho sakti.”
