Vivek Oberoi who will be seen in the biopic of PM Narendra Modi soon has opened up about his career and journey as an actor. As a report of Huffington Post Vivek Oberoi said he was offered many films that he rejected. Some of the many are Munna Bhai MBBS, Hum Tum and more and he refused to do them because he could not maintain his schedule and adjust his dates.

Well, the report from the Huffington Post says that Vivek Oberoi was offered Munna Bhai after getting recognized for his work in the film ‘Company’. He was in for it and even took part in workshops for the film. But he backed out of the film just a few days before release. “I wanted to do Munna Bhai, I said yes to it, but destiny had it that it was supposed to be a Sanjay Dutt film. I couldn’t adjust my dates,” he said.

Vivek had had often accused Salman Khan of interfering with his projects and career in an infamous conference in 2003.  However, on Tere Mere Beech Mein, a show by Farah Khan, she reassured Vivek that Salman did not interfere in between her decision to not hire him for the film. She said “In his defense, Salman Khan never told me to not work with you. Not once. Whatever people did, maybe they did it on their own,” she had said.

Talking about his decisions about the refusing the films, Vivek said, “For the 10-odd films I let go which succeeded, there were 70 or 80 films that I let go off which failed and bombed at the box office,” Oberoi said, adding, “How do you make sense of it? Well, you take an informed call or life takes it for you.”

Vivek Oberoi’s PM Narendra Modi is on hold right now. The election commission doesn’t want any sort of content which will favor either one of the parties during the election. The film will be released soon and Vivek Oberoi is waiting for the reaction of the people on it.
