Sushmita Sen despite being in the peak of her career, quit movies to spend time with her daughters. Now, do we need to say more about her dedication towards her kids? And they also make sure to make her mama proud.

Alisah and Renne, the two daughters of Sush make a fun trio. They go out on vacations and spend a lot of time with each other. Recently, the family visited Maldives accompanied by Sushmita’s beau Rohman Shawl. Since then, the actress has been busy sharing throwback pics from the getaway.

While loved up pictures of Sush and Rohman are something we are a fan of, the actress treated her fans to something very sweet off late. She shared a video wherein her younger daughter is seen reciting a poem in Bengali and what is cute is that whenever she got stuck, Sushmita prodded her and helped her.

With the video, she wrote, “Deeper the roots, higher the rise, My Alisah shona romancing her Bengali side is just EVERYTHING!! she is reciting a poem called Hukomukhohangla from Aboltabol by the great writer & poet Sukumar Ray. I can’t tell you, just HOW proud I feel sharing this moment with you guys!!! WELL DONE ALISAH!!!  To many more…I love you guys!”

Sushmita must be a very proud mom because reciting a poem in Bengali is no easy feat. Even Priyanka Chopra chipped in praise for Sush’s daughter as she liked the post. During a recent interaction with media, Sushmita opened up about her decision of adopting Renee and Alisah.

“The wisest decision I made at the age of 24 was to become a mother. It stabilised my life. People think it was a great act of charity and wonderful action but it was self-preservation. It was me protecting myself,” Sushmita had said.
