In the time when India is hustling for breath, doctors are fighting for our protection and frontline workers have emerged as a WARRIOR, one thing Coronavirus has definitely changed egotistical behaviour of people. The Pandemic has taught us that nothing holds more importance than humanity. From Celebs to the common man everyone is playing their part in amplifying resources in a surge of COVID-19.
Recently, Student of the Year’s fame Varun Dhawan took to his Instagram and penned a thought-provoking note which has pertinence with the Pandemic and struggles for air. His post reads, “If we all survive this, as I hope we shall remember that when it came down to it, we didn’t fight for land or weapons or house or jewellery.”
“We didn’t fight for concert tickets or fancy designations or religions or politics. We didn’t fight for shares in a company or a seat at the table. We didn’t fight for business class tickets or the keys to a house by the beach. When all this is over, remember, that we fought for air,” he further added.
In the caption, the Dishoom actor wrote, “We are in this together.”
