Kumbh Mela 2019 Has Commenced, All Exciting New Things To Witness This Year

Kumbh Mela begins amid a heavy mix of spirituality, politics, and tourism. The concerned authorities expect up to 150 million people that will include foreign visitors to bathe at the banks of Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati. It is reported that around 4000 hotspots are being set up across the Mela space to provide high-speed Wi-fi for all the pilgrims, domestic visitors, and tourists. Devotees thronging to the banks of the river has been provided with free WiFi facility.

This world-class event will give reliable, robust and redundant network connectivity to fulfill the requirements of Kumbh Mela 2019. The service is being offered so that the devotees can share the updates of the religious gatherings with their family and friends through internet.

The world-class event has aimed to make this year’s arrangement a smooth and hassle-free one. Apparently, 500 battery operated rickshaws will be there to ferry the devotees inside the Mela space, and over 500 shuttle buses will also run from the parking lot to the inside Mela Area. The facility will make it easy for the devotees to reach inside the Mela space and travel across the last mile.

For the 2019 Kumbh Mela, 16 control rooms have been set up by the Jal Police. They will be equipped with motor boats for the rescue at 41 different bathing locations along with 190 divers. The rescue equipment includes rescue boats, diver kit, life jackets, rescue tubes, and throw bag. These are to be used under the case of emergencies.

Not only this, Hema Malini, the popular B-Town actress will perform on 24th January at the event. She will be giving 90 minutes of Indian classical performance at Ganga pandal in Sector-1 of Pravagri Mela area in the evening at 6:30 PM.

President, Ramnath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi will also be seen attending the religious event. The President, Ramnath Kovind will be visiting the Mela area on 17th January and PM, Modiji will be visiting on 24th January.
